This class helps your nervous system relax through movement. Set to old school "yoga-friendly" Hip-Hop music, Rhythmic Release blends dynamic flow, hip-opening sequences, and rhythmic movement to unlock tight areas, improve flexibility, and release stored tension in your lower body.
