Yoganative is a mobile wellness experience for active adults focused on recovery-based movement inspired by yoga, Pilates, somatic dance, and assisted stretching.

Our movement sessions are designed to help regulate your nervous system and support active bodies wherever you are in your fitness journey, minus the online trends and aesthetic expectations.

We help you improve flexibility and mobility, so you can consistently enjoy the activities you love.

You choose. Our sessions are designed to be done either alone or as part of your routine, to help you actively recover in between your training or normal workouts.

Although we help all active adults or those who want to return to an active lifestyle, our primary focus is active 40-65 year-olds who currently work out and are seeking to alleviate tightness and tension, gain more flexibility, balance, and reset their nervous system.

Group classes and events are held in partnership studios and wellness centers in Tampa and Orlando. Join our list to be the first to know about dates and locations of classes and events
