A Certified Yoga Instructor and Exercise Recovery Specialist through the International Sports and Science Academy (ISSA). She focuses on nervous system reset, hip flexibility, and back pain relief primarily for active adults and those striving to return to an active lifestyle.
Shonta has curated Couples Yoga, Wind Down Wednesday, candlelight yoga events and Hip Hop Yoga series. She's passionate about connecting communities and businesses by incorporating the benefits of mindful movement as a part of overall wellness.
When she's not leading movement sessions or curating wellness events. Shonta enjoys hiking, reading, and exploring new cities.
