Body‑inclusive yoga for all people in various styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin).

Current Class Schedules:

Tues 6:30 PM - Creative Flow - A blend of expressive somatic moves and challenging poses to help increase balance and boost your mood.

Wednesday 6:45 PM - Restorative Wednesday - The perfect midweek reset. This class consists of long static poses and deep relaxing stretches set to lo-fi music to help you slow down, recover, and loosen up tight muscles.

Thurs 6:30 PM - Hip Release + Flexibility - Set to old-school, "yoga-friendly" Hip Hop music. This upbeat, beginner-friendly class blends yoga with somatic moves to loosen your body and increase flexibility in your hips, thighs, and buttocks.

Saturday 9:30 AM - Beginners Pilates - Pilates basics for beginners. A full body workout targeting your core, hips, thighs, and arms. Perfect for those who want to feel the burn but aren't ready to be torched.

Saturday 10:30 AM - Beginner's Yoga - Slow-paced, beginner-friendly moves focused on proper form and breathwork. Ideal for those new to or returning to yoga

Yoga Class Liability Waiver

By booking this class, I acknowledge that yoga and wellness activities involve physical movement and may carry a risk of injury. I confirm that I am physically able to participate, and I accept full responsibility for my health and safety during the session.

I voluntarily assume all risks and release the instructor, Yoganative by Create In U, and all affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or after participation.

I agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or limitations before class.
