Remember how easy it was to make friends at the playground?

The Creative Body Project is designed to help you escape the screens, keyboards, and closed doors to cultivate authentic connections in real-life, like we did growing up. Events are a blend of casual luxury and creativity to keep you curious, open-minded, and engaged.

What to Expect:

Expect small group events, experiences, and workshops that combine movement, mindfulness, creativity, art, music, and sometimes food! Our goal is to invite you out of your comfort zone, have fun, and build a diverse and inclusive wellness community of positive, supportive, active adults who foster meaningful interactions you'll reminisce over for years.

No judgment. No pressure to perform, or “perfect" bodies—just real people, moving, breathing, and reconnecting together. Join us!
